More people are now sensitive to wheat/gluten possibly because the percentage of gluten in wheat has increased in recent decades from 30 to 80 per cent, and because wheat is so commonly used.  We can test for wheat/gluten sensitivity, can identify suitable alternatives and can identify nutrition to support the gut while wheat or gluten is eliminated from the diet for a period of time.

We can also test for yeast sensitivity and can identify nutrition to support the gut while certain foods are eliminated from the diet for a period of time.
